What makes Jvillage different?

When your members shop with our select vendors through your organization’s website, a portion of the revenue will be returned to you.

Our intuitive content management system enables you to easily manage all your pages, events, donations, RSVPs, homepage promotions, and the Jewish-themed content we deliver. Our online solutions are all-inclusive all the way, meaning you get a robust online member community at a simple, affordable price. 

Can you custom design my site?

Yes we can! We will work with you to create the customized design your community needs. If there are additional content features you’d like to see, just let us know. The more we hear from our members, the more of your suggestions we can implement into our future offerings.

Can you show me how to use my new website?

We offer pre- and post-launch training services, live technical support, and ongoing learning opportunities through our Chai Tech School, training videos, and more.

Are new features and upgrades included?

Yes. You will never pay extra for updates to our standard features and content, nor for upgrades to our standard platform features. You will receive these benefits automatically and at no additional cost.

What if I don’t want all the features you offer, or we’re just not ready for them?

With your monthly membership fee, you have access to all of our basic features. If you choose not to activate a certain feature, you can simply hide it in your navigation. Because all standard features are still available to you, as your organization grows and you find you want to activate more features, you can. It’s as simple as that.

Do you offer any services outside standard membership?

Yes. Jvillage Network also offers a selection of specialized professional services at an additional cost. These services include organization rebranding, professional design of logos and identity materials, additional design and digital media projects such as customized e-mail or e-newsletter templates, and copywriting.
